Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded or diced zucchini
1 small onion, diced
1 c. Bisquick
4 large eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients until all zucchini is coated.
Pour in 1/2 deep in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
