Johnnycake(Cornbread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cornmeal (yellow)
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cut 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine into dry mixture.
    Add 3 eggs and beat.
    Add 1 cup milk and beat in.
    Pour in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
