Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    2 c. grated peeled zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Sift flour with salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Beat well.
    Fold in zucchini and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans, one large pan or 4 small.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm or with whipped cream.
