Connie'S Mini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine (not butter)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. flour
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
paprika
meat (your choice; chicken, crab, shrimp or ham)
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and mix with margarine and flour.
Roll into a ball and divide into 24 small balls for very small muffin tins and 18 for small 2-inch tins.
Place each ball in tin and flatten to shape.
In each cup put layer of onion, meat filler and cheese.
At this point, they may be refrigerated or frozen. Just before serving, fill each cup with mixture of egg and milk beaten together. Sprinkle
top with paprika.
Bake at 450\u00b0
for 10 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0
for 10 minutes more or until top is brown.
Serve hot.
