Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
8 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix chopped artichokes with cheese and mayonnaise in a 2-quart glass dish.
Microwave on High 5 to 8 minutes, stirring once, until bubbly.
Serve with crackers.
