Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 large ripe bananas
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Stir in eggs.
    Add the soda to the sour cream and stir into the cream mixture.
    Sift the salt with the flour and add to the cream mixture.
    Mash the bananas and add to the mixture.
    Grease 2 loaf pans and pour in batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Brush with butter.
    Enjoy.
