Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. each: salt, soda, cinnamon and vanilla
    2 c. chopped peeled apple
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients; add to batter.
    Mix just until blended.
    Stir in vanilla, apple and pecans.
    Bake in greased loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
