Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can broccoli cheese soup
4 medium taters, cooked and sliced
3 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
Preparation

Cook onion in margarine until tender.
Add soup, milk, pepper and taters.
Heat until boiling.
Reduce to low.
Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
