Diabetic Prune Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped prunes
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 small pkg. Equal
Preparation

Mix prunes, raisins, vanilla, soda and boiling water.
Set aside to cool.
Mix flour, nuts and Equal.
When the prune mixture is cold, mix in flour mixture.
Dough will be real stiff, but don't add any more moisture.
Spray two loaf pans with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
