Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed, ripe bananas
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Stir in mashed bananas.
    Combine flour and nuts to creamed mixture, mixing just until smooth. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour or until done.
