Toffee Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 very large Hershey's chocolate bar
    1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend together flour, egg yolk, brown sugar, softened butter and vanilla. Pat into cookie sheet. Bake on buttered cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden. While baking, melt chocolate bar in top of double boiler. Remove cookies and while hot spread with melted chocolate and sprinkle on pecans. Cool and cut into squares.
