Szechuan Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. rice or cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. crushed red pepper
    1/2 minced ginger
    2 cloves garlic
    5 c. chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
    Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add sesame seed. Cook 1 minute, until browned.
    Set aside.
    Add oil and next 3 ingredients; stir-fry 30 seconds.
    Add broccoli; stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add soy sauce mixture; stir well.
    Cover and cook 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Contains 72 calories and 3.6 fat per 1 cup serving.
