Zucchini, Carrot, Nut And Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. zucchini, shredded
    1 c. carrot, shredded
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil, zucchini and carrots.
    Mix flour, powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves together.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Blend in vanilla, walnuts and raisins.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
