Snowball Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. ground pecans
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter until softened; add sugar, pecans and flour.
    Mix well.
    Shape into balls, using about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 on an ungreased baking sheet for 45 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar when first taken out from the oven and then again when cooled.
    Makes 4 dozen cookies.
