Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
1 (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
3 drops hot sauce
Preparation

Combine and refrigerate for several hours.
Roll in nuts.
