White Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkgs. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 2/3 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. shortening
9 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in 3/4 c. warm water then stir in 2 2/3 c. warm water, the sugar, salt, shortening and 5 cups of flour.
Mix until smooth then mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
