Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. peaches (fresh or Giant's Elberta)
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and almond extract.
    Mix together flour, salt, 1 teaspoon soda and baking powder; add together; fold in peaches.
    Grease and flour pans (2 loaf or 1 Bundt pan).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test with toothpick.
