West Virginia Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 small boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk (to mix with pudding mix)
Preparation

Mix together first 3 ingredients and press into a 10-inch pie pan or glass baking dish.
Bake shell 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix half of the Cool Whip with the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Spread in crust.
Mix the instant pudding and milk together.
Spread over cheese and nut mix.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over top.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Serve cooled.
