Soft Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. molasses (lite kind)
    1 c. oleo or lard
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    pinch of salt
    flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and shortening together and add water, ginger, salt and soda.
    Add flour to stiffen so you can roll out (not too stiff), dough should be sticky.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
