Choyote Vegetables(Cho-Cho) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. string beans, steamed
    2 choyote, peeled and cut in strips
    3 carrots, cut in strips
    1 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 bunch broccoli, cut up
Preparation
    Prepare in pot the choyote (cho cho) and carrots.
    Saute 3 minutes.
    Add broccoli, string beans, onion and pinch of salt to taste.
    Cook for about 5 or 6 minutes.
