Ginger Bread(In Memory Of Mandy Martin Clemons) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sorghum
1 c. oil
1 c. water
3 heaping Tbsp. ginger
4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs beaten
5 lb. flour
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except flour together.
Mix together well. Then add sifted flour a little at a time.
Mix until dough forms a biscuit dough.
Roll out small cakes with hands.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned.
