Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oats
    1 c. walnuts
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. ripe bananas
Preparation
    Sift all the dry ingredients and make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
    Combine milk, oil and eggs.
    Pour into the center of the dry ingredients. Add bananas.
    Stir mixture until moist (do not overmix).
    Spoon into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
