Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped firm
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry are best)
Preparation

Whip cream until firm and set aside.
Whip the next 4 ingredients.
Fold whipped cream into mixture.
Spread into crust. Pour pie filling over top.
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
