Butterscotch Bread - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/4 c. milk
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine bananas, sugar, eggs and melted margarine.
Add banana mixture to flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well. Stir in butterscotch chips and 2/3 cup of nuts.
Spoon batter into a well-greased and floured loaf pan; sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
This really is moist.
