Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each: nutmeg, ground cloves, allspice and cinnamon
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix liquids; add to dry ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add nuts, raisins and dates and mix.
    Spray four 1-pound coffee cans with Pam.
    Divide batter into cans.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Let cool; remove from cans. Wrap in foil.
    Store in refrigerator or freezer.
