Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chili sauce or ketchup
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    In small bowl combine garlic powder, ginger and pepper.
    Blend well.
    Sprinkle mixture on both sides of meat.
    Save mixture. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add meat; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
    In small bowl add to the saved mixture the chili sauce, soy sauce and honey.
    Pour over meat.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until meat is tender.
    Serves 4.
