Mini Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf cocktail pumpernickel bread
    soft butter
    mustard or Thousand Island dressing
    corned beef
    sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    Swiss cheese slices
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a cookie sheet.
    Spread butter and mustard on bread.
    Put corned beef and 1 teaspoon sauerkraut on top, then slice of cheese.
    Bake on cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Can be cut in half.
