Scotch Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar. With blender or mixer, cut in butter until crumbly.
    Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Mash to 1/2-inch thick.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
