Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Melt butter in large pan.
Add sugar, milk, cocoa and vanilla. Bring to a boil; cook for 2 minutes.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add oatmeal.
Stir in peanut butter.
Drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
Let cookies set in refrigerator.
