"Hot" Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. hot enchilada sauce
2 c. cornbread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients well and roll into small (nickel size) balls. Bake in oven in edged pan for 15 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Heat the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
Pour over drained meatballs in casserole dish.
Heat until ready to serve. Can be served with toothpicks.
