Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. flavoring of your choice
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
3/4 c. finely chopped red and green candied cherries
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter with sugar and cream. Add milk and flavoring. Stir in flour, candied cherries and pecans. Form in 2 rolls. Roll in coconut; wrap in wax paper and chill overnight.
