Popcorn Peanut Butter Munch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. freshly popped corn
    1/3 c. corn oil margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. dark corn syrup
    1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Spread out popcorn in large, shallow, roasting pan.
    In heavy skillet or saucepan, stir together margarine, sugar and syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Stir in peanut butter.
    Continue cooking without stirring, for 5 minutes.
    Stir in vanilla and soda.
    Pour mixture over popcorn. Stir to coat.
    Bake uncovered in 250\u00b0 oven, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
    Turn out in large bowl and break apart.
    Store in a tightly covered container.
