Apple-Banana Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 2 cust 9-inch pie
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced apples
2 c. thinly sliced bananas
1 c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry.
Combine peels and juices. Add apples and bananas; combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Turn into pie shell.
Cut remaining pastry into strips and weave lattice fashion over top of pie.
Trim edges; flute.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
