Best-Ever Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/3 c. soft bread crumbs (fresh)
Preparation

Carefully pick over crab meat, removing all shells.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Form into cakes and brown in butter until golden and crispy.
