Ingredients

4 c. pecan halves
1 egg white, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and beaten egg.
Add vanilla.
Stir in pecans until well coated.
Lay out individually on a buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn off oven; leave pecans in it for an additional 30 minutes.
