Mexican Brown Sugar Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Stir together the sugar and corn syrup.
    Microwave mixture on High for 5 minutes.
    Add the margarine, peanuts and vanilla to mixture, stirring together.
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Add the baking soda; stir quickly.
    Spread mixture on foil lined flat round pan; flatten mixture with hand to desired thickness.
    After cooling, break into bite size pieces and enjoy!
