Banana Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 ice cubes
    sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Put milk, banana (in half), vanilla, ice cubes and sugar, if desired, into blender and blend for about 20 to 30 seconds.
    Pour into glass and serve.
