Chicken Tarragon Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large chicken thighs
1/2 c. bread crumbs, seasoned
1 c. sweet cream
dash of paprika
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. tarragon
1/4 c. fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

If you can, select boned chicken thighs.
Dip in batter of egg and milk; roll in seasoned bread crumbs.
Place thighs in buttered baking dish or casserole so they are not too crowded.
Cover with the sweet cream and wine.
Sprinkle the fresh or dried tarragon generously over chicken, then the Parmesan, salt and pepper, parsley and a few dashes of paprika.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
Check occasionally to see that cream is not cooking down too rapidly.
