Grandma'S Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, mixed together
    1 c. raisins, soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Put eggs in middle of flour with a little milk.
    Add raisins.
    Knead.
    Add milk, bit by bit.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    You may not use all of milk.
    To prevent dough from sticking to hands, use oil.
    Make a loaf and put in heavy greased pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    After done, put butter over it.
