Congo Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Add brown sugar to oil and mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add dry ingredients, then add nuts, chocolate chips and coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cut into squares.
