Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. softened butter
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
pecan halves
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together.
Cream butter and sugar well. Blend in the vanilla and dry ingredients.
Form balls with hands by enclosing a pecan half in 1 tablespoon dough.
