Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies (No-Bake) 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. quick oatmeal (uncooked)
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
    3 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    First, melt butter in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
    Take saucepan off burner and add sugar, cocoa and milk; blend thoroughly.
    Put pan back on stove and cook mixture 2 minutes, no longer.
    Take pan off heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and oats (1 cup at a time).
    Stir thoroughly.
    Drop mixture by spoonful onto wax paper and let cool.
    Makes 1 to 3 dozen, depending on size of drops.
