Cranberry-Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine (preferably unsalted), softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0; grease and flour loaf pan.
In small bowl, stir flour, baking powder and salt to mix well; set aside.
In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat eggs, orange juice and orange peel in thoroughly.
Reduce speed to low; beat in flour mixture just until blended.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Spoon into prepared pan; bake 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
