Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and sliced zucchini (remove seeds)
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in salted water until tender.
    Drain well and pour into bowl.
    Add 1 cup warm water, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and cream of tartar.
    Mix well.
