Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 c. raw zucchini
Preparation
    Mix first three (3) ingredients.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to liquid mixture.
    Grate zucchini.
    Add to batter along with nuts.
    Blend well.
    Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
