Potato Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. starter
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    6 c. flour (for light wheat bread, use 2 c. wheat, 4 c. white)
    butter flavoring (optional)
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt (can omit if you want)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts or dried cranberries
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Add flour and other dry ingredients. Put into 2 greased loaf pans or 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (in big pans); less for the small loaf pans.
