Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can Campbell's beef consomme
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.
    Dust with flour/pepper mixture.
    In large skillet, brown meat in margarine.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
    Stir in beef consomme.
    Cover and cook about 1 hour until meat is tender; stir now and then.
    Gradually stir in sour cream.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
