Banana Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 unripe bananas, pared and sliced fine
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    oil (enough for deep frying)
Preparation
    Combine salt and sugar in a small bowl.
    Peel and slice the bananas.
    To each 3 cups sliced bananas, add 3 tablespoons of the sugar and salt mixture.
    Mix well and fry in deep hot oil until golden brown.
    Cool and separate sticking pieces.
