Texas Matador - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 lb. ground beef
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. grated cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
garlic powder to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain.
Brown ground beef with salt, pepper and sugar in skillet.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic and cook 10 minutes over low heat.
Add noodles, sour cream and cream cheese.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 8.
