Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. black walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs in mixer.
    Add slowly the sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    In a large bowl, mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nuts and raisins.
    Add flour mixture to the zucchini mixture and blend.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Makes 3 small loaf pans or 2 large pans.
